The early rivalry and the limited time you have access to Carver will make him a very difficult character to achieve 100% friendship with. Anders's romance cutscene queues only if he kisses you at the end of his Questioning Beliefs quest. Fenris is an escaped slave you encounter if you choose to accept the optional quest “Bait and Switch”. He is a strong character with strong views. Fenris is a warrior and is very anti-mage. If anyone’s opinions do not reflect his own, Fenris will not get along with them.
